Ex. 5mg Vial of MOTs – C
ADD 2ml Bacteriostatic Water to vial (Sterile Solution)
At this Ratio every 10 units on a 1ml insulin syringe is 250mcg
– 10 units (.1ml) = 250mcg (.25mg)
– 20 units (.2ml) = 500mcg (.5mg)
– 100 units (1ml) = 2500mcg (2.5mg)
Ex. 10mg Vial of MOTs – C
ADD 2ml Bacteriostatic Water to vial (Sterile Solution)
At this Ratio every 10 units on a 1ml insulin syringe is 500mcg
– 10 units (.1ml) = 500mcg (.5mg)
– 20 units (.2ml) = 1000mcg (1mg)
– 100 units (1ml) = 5,000mcg (5mg)

Quick Notes:
- Some suppliers may offer the peptide in different MG, if it’s not a 5mg vial, it will change the ratio
- Ex. 2mg vial, 10mg, 20mg vial
- You don’t HAVE to use 2ml BAC, but if you go with a different amount it changes the ratio
- Ex. If you only add 1ML BAC to a 5mg vial, then every 10 units will equal 500mcg
- For SIMPLICITY sake, I typically use 1–2ml, but vials can fit 3ml BAC

Why did I create Project Biohacked?
Project Biohacked Mission Statement:
It is important to me that people understand my WHY. I want people to fully understand what I am trying to do with the Project Biohacked brand.
This is relevant to peptides since they are one of the tools that forever changed my life for the better and restored my hope I could fully recover my health!
My reason WHY has everything to do with my own at times extremely difficult health journey.
This life has not always been an easy ride for myself, I have experienced levels of suffering with my own health physically and mentally that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy.
I have been left broken and feeling hopeless from those struggles at the worst points in my life. I have been told by the conventional medical system there’s nothing I can do. That pharmaceutical drugs to suppress symptoms are the only way to manage my struggles.
I have hit that wall in my health over and over again where I felt like I was out of options and destined to suffer through this life.
I also know I am not the only one who has gone through and or still has these chronic struggles. I know countless others suffer in silence, bearing a burden that no one even knows about. Too many suffer in silence especially with mental health and or addiction struggles. This includes myself.
I have lost loved ones to physical illness and mental health struggles. I think we all know someone who didn’t make it past their physical/mental health struggle. We all have lost people we love. I have seen far too many suffer horribly from these chronic health struggles when the tools to help are available and accessible NOW.
I have been to the bottom with my health….. but I have also been to the top!
I have experienced the joy of not just recovering physical and mental health but getting to experience all new highs with both. Having the luxury to shift my focus from chronic health to anti aging and chasing peak physical/mental performance!!
I have been able to recover and go on to experience days, months and years feeling good again. Days where I have felt happy, at peace and content with life. Days I have been able to be fully present with loved ones and just enjoy the simple things in life.
This is something I wish everyone would get to experience as much as possible in their lives.
I am lucky to have fully recovered from the worst of my health struggles, I am lucky to still be here today, to see my kids grow and be there for my family.
Far too many lose that battle because they lose HOPE. They lose hope because they feel like theres nothing that can help. They believe theres no end to their suffering.
Thankfully I learned this is not TRUE!! There are amazing tools that can get not just RELIEF but actual healing! Far too many of these amazing tools people simply do not know exist!
Luckily I found some of these amazing tools that kept that hope alive.
Somehow I found a way to survive my health crisis and I made the decision then that I would leave no stone left unturned in this life to not just recover my health but to find the tools to ensure I NEVER experienced that level of suffering again.
I committed myself to try to LEARN EVERYTHING in regard’s to healing the mind, body and spirit. I would study every facet of medicine, I would try everything that I could afford and access.
My promise to myself was if I somehow did recover my health I would reach back to try and help others.
I would share my story, I would share what helped me and I would make it my mission to try and help others struggling. I would leave a roadmap for those suffering. A roadmap and guide that could possibly help restore hope of better days.
I decided to try and create the resource that I wish existed when my health fell apart.
A resource that could quickly get someone to the tools that can make all the difference in their health struggles and goals. A resource that helped restore HOPE that just maybe better days were still possible.
A resource that shares the tools buried far beyond the conventional medical and health system. The “tools” that can change lives but many don’t know even exist.
It took me over 15 years of relentless research trial and error to find all of the tools to aid in my recovery.
Few have that kind of time, resources and energy to take on.
My goal is to help accelerate that process for people. Get people pointed to the life changing tools much earlier in their journey. Hopefully prevent some from experiencing the horrible lows I did in my own health.
At the end of my days I hope to have created a massive DIY health resource that can change lives for the better.
Help people get to experience their true potential, become the best versions of themselves. Help pass along tools that can aid people and the people they love/care about most.
The mission that will never end is to hunt down and share all the best tools in health and wellness. To refine and update these resources every year as better tools and understanding emerges for all ranges of chronic health struggles/recovery.
The focus will go beyond just chronic health struggles, it will deep dive into physical performance and mental performance. Anti aging and the best sustainable practices to feel our best for the longest period of time possible in this life.
What I LOVE is bringing light to not just the best tools but the best practitioners, the best coaches and clinics. The people who understand how to pull all the best tools together to change lives for the better. Bring together and share what I learn from the best minds in health and wellness.
The goal is to create a massive network that can continue to pass these tools to others long after I’m gone.
That is my mission, that is the reason I do what I do 🙂
